Job summary

Frencken Group Malaysia is seeking an Admin Officer (QA/QC) to support the Quality Assurance and Quality Control department. The role ensures that quality documentation, inspection reports and records are prepared, maintained and controlled in line with company procedures and customer requirements.

Key duties include preparing inspection reports and FAI/FA documents, performing SPC data entry, organizing QA/QC records, coordinating with internal departments, and assisting audits while

Qualifications

• Experience in QA/QC documentation and reports is preferred.
• Knowledge of FAI documentation is an advantage.
• GD&T knowledge is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare FAI/FA reports and supporting documents for customer submission.
• Enter SPC data and maintain SPC records.
• Prepare outgoing inspection reports prior to shipment.
• Organize, file and archive QA/QC documents and records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to verify inspection-related information.
• Assist QA/QC with audits and maintain confidentiality of quality documents.
