Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Quality Control/Assurance professional to monitor GMPs, verify production cleanliness, and ensure QC testing aligns with product specifications.

You will review daily batch records, investigate customer complaints to identify root causes, and document QC inspections to support traceability. 1–2 years' experience and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Quality Control/Assurance/Inspection or equivalent.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure good manufacturing practices are followed by production personnel; verify cleanliness of the production area.
• Ensure all QC tests and analyses are carried out and meet product specifications/parameters.
• Arrange, evaluate and approve analytical test results performed by third-party laboratories.
• Monitor, evaluate and record customer product complaints; investigate to find root causes and provide conclusions.
• Verify daily batch manufacturing records for traceability and record-keeping.
• Able to work in a production team environment.
• Monitor incoming, outgoing, and ongoing process of goods and materials.
• Maintain and update documentation for QC inspections and related documents.

1. Monitoring and ensuring good manufacturing practices are implemented by production personnel at all the time. Verify cleanliness of production area.

2. Ensuring all necessary quality control test and analysis are carried out and meets the product standard specifications / parameters.

3. To arrange, evaluate and approve the analytical test result which is carried out by third party laboratory services.

4. To monitor, evaluate and record any product complaints received from customers by conducting a proper investigation in order to find the root cause and solve it with reasonable conclusion.

5. To verify batch manufacturing record for daily production as a reference for product traceability record keeping.

6. Able to work in a team in production environment.

7. Monitor and checking of incoming, outgoing, and ongoing process of goods and materials.

8. Maintaining and updating documentation for QC inspection and any related documents.

7. Preferably 1-2 working experience specializing in Quality Control/Assurance/Inspection or equivalent.
