Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a QA Executive to ensure product quality and food safety across the manufacturing process. You will conduct inspections, monitor production, and maintain quality records to support continuous improvement.

Key duties include supervising QC checks, calibrating equipment, tracking raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with production and purchasing for material orders, assisting internal audits, and handling customer complaints and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Improve or assure the products quality and food safety that are manufactured within the factory
• Supervise and ensure that all quality/food safety checks and inspections are performed timely by QC inspector in order to maintain quality control on process and products
• Guide and assist QC to do internal verification on temperature of blast freezer, cold room and chiller weekly
• Keep track and ensure internal/external calibration of measuring equipment is carried out according to schedule
• Monitor and record the incoming of material, as well as updating inventory of raw material, packaging material and finished product
• Liase with production and purchasing department for the issuance of Purchase Order Request form for raw material, packaging material and related items purchase request
• Assist in internal audit activities and preparation of Managing Review for Food Safety Management System
• Respond, perform investigation and liase with relevant department on customer complaint or internal non-conformities including of preparing CAR

QA Executive is responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet the organizations quality standards and customer requirement. This role involves conducting inspections, monitoring production processes, maintaining quality records, investigating quality issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to ensure consistent product quality.
