Job summary

LED Vision Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quality Assurance Executive to develop and implement QA policies, perform inspections and audits, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards. You will review specifications, identify and address quality issues, and collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement.

The role focuses on maintaining QA documentation, training staff, and supporting a culture of quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• ISO 9001 standards knowledge.
• QMS implementation and maintenance.
• Internal and external auditing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and clear documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work across departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Conduct inspections, tests, and audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
• Review technical specifications, drawings, and work instructions to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Identify quality issues, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and reliability of output.
• Maintain accurate documentation of quality tests, reports, and compliance records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Train staff on quality assurance processes and best practices.
• Maintain Quality Assurance policies, procedures, and documentation in compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
