Job summary

KYOSEI SEIMITSU MANUFACTURING SDN. BHD. is seeking a Quality Assurance Executive in Melaka to oversee QA activities in a precision tooling environment.

You will coordinate inspections and audits to ensure ISO 9001/ISO 14001 compliance and drive quality improvements with production and customers. Your role involves planning testing, analysing quality issues, maintaining QA documents, and applying SPC/GR&R/PFMEA tools. A related degree and at least 1 year in manufacturing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prefer a degree in this or related field.
• 1 year of working experience in a manufacturing factory preferred.
• Experience in QA work preferred."
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 5S, and ISO14001 is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation of standardized forms, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming/outgoing products to ensure quality conformance.
• Analyse and investigate product complaints or quality issues for timely closure.
• Document internal audits and QA activities (ISO 9001, ISO14001).
• Maintain QA documents in the Quality Management System.
• Implement and enforce processes including customer requirements to meet quality objectives.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising data; propose improvements.
• Carry out testing/inspection of products and materials to meet quality standards.
• Create and maintain a quality system ensuring production conformance and traceability.

Preferably a degree in this or another related field

Preferably 1 years’ Working Experience in Manufacturing Factory

Some Experience in QA Work

Technically competent and knowledgeable in ISO 9001, 5S, and ISO14001

Understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Understanding SPC, GR&R, and PFMEA.

Knowledgeable in using QC tools and measuring instruments.

Knowledge of fabrication processes will be an added advantage.

Lead the creation of standardized forms, work instructions, and SOP.

Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of the incoming and outgoing products to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables.

Analyse and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in a timely manner.

Document internal audits, ISO 9001, ISO14001, and other quality assurance activities.

Maintain all Quality Assurance documents in the Quality Management system.

To implement and enforce all processes, inclusive of customer requirements, to achieve the quality objective of the company.

Prepare reports through collecting, analysing, and summarizing data; make recommendations for corrections and/or improvements.

Carrying out and monitoring testing and inspection of products and materials to ensure the finished product meets quality standards.

Create a quality system and ensure production conformance to the system and processes.

Responsible to co-ordinate Customer Complaint/feedback and liaising with customers, Production, and Quality Personnel to ensure they are resolved.

Manage measuring instruments.

Responsible for managing and disposition of non-conformance material/product.
