Job summary

Shinko Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Quality Control Engineer to monitor and improve product quality within its modern QA/QC team.

You will prepare SOPs, work instructions, quality reports, and participate in calibration of measuring equipment while ensuring ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to handle customer complaints and drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field; Diploma holders with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 standards.
• Experience in customer complaint handling and problem-solving methodologies.
• Familiar with 8D reporting and quality improvement tools.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
