Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 1-2 years working experience in manufacturing.
• Experience handling customer complaints and audits is a plus.
• Knowledge of 8D, FMEA, FTA, SPC, Minitab and MS Office is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations of customer complaints using quality tools.
• Coordinate containment actions and permanent CAPA to prevent recurrence.
• Prepare and submit complaint reports within required timelines.
• Communicate investigation progress and technical findings internally.
• Monitor complaint trends and drive continuous quality improvements.
• Conduct line audits to verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Coordinate customer audits and plant visits.
• Update audit findings reports and ensure closure of actions.
• Establish failure analysis plans from customer complaints and internal data.
• Analyze defective samples and identify failure mechanisms with analytical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with customer and internal specifications.
• Support ISO9001, ISO14001 and Environmental Management Program (EMP).
