ClassA Industrial (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to lead IPQA and OQA inspectors, ensure WI updates, and monitor SPC control limits for critical dimensions. The role includes corrective action follow-ups, 8D replies, and monthly IPQC/OQC reporting.
Additionally, you will manage FAI, testing, equipment calibration, and collaborate with project engineers on new part qualification, reviewing buyoffs and developing quality plans for new products.

Lead and monitor IPQA & OQA inspectors in performing quality assurance activities.
Ensure inspection work instructions (WI) are available and updated for all materials/parts.
Establish, review, and monitor SPC (X-bar, R Chart) control limits for critical dimensions.
Verify and follow up on corrective/preventive actions (NMPR).
Monitor customer quality performance and participate in 8D replies.
Compile monthly IPQC and OQC reports.
Responsible for FAI, testing, and equipment calibration.
Work closely with project engineers on new part qualification.
Review and approve buyoff results of new parts.
Develop overall quality plans and WI for new products.
Participate in PPAP preparation (APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, PSO, SPC).
Ensure availability of manufacturing test procedures and required test equipment.
Maintain QA Lab and measuring equipment in good condition.
Quality Control

Diploma/Bachelor/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Material Science) or equivalent.
2–5 years of working experience in a related field.
Strong problem-solving and failure analysis skills.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is an advantage.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively across teams.
