Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Project QAQC Executive to oversee quality assurance and quality control across the project lifecycle. You will coordinate inspections, prepare Inspection Test Plans, support FAT reviews, and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams to meet customer specifications.

Qualifications

Experience in project QA management, client interface and QC experience in manufacturing environment.
Experience in factory incoming, in process and outgoing inspection process.

Responsibilities

Own project specific quality deliverables, customer submittal documentation, and quality compliance.
Review customer project specification & prepare project specific Inspection Test Plan and reports.
Compile and update inspection finding report for corrective action from production source.
Coordinate and execute FAT review with customer, update mechanical and visual inspection check points to achieve official FAT acceptance.
Coordinate quality issues compilation, work with respective department on root cause analysis & corrective action closure.

The Project QAQC Executive is responsible for managing project quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the project lifecycle. The role ensures compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and inspection requirements by coordinating inspections, managing quality documentation, supporting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and driving corrective and preventive actions with cross-functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
