Job summary

Champion Precision Technology Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a QA professional to support the QA Assistant Manager in ensuring Incoming, In-process, and Final products meet specifications.

You will assist in controlling non-conforming material until issues are resolved and prepare monthly scrap as well as first piece and in-process inspection reports. The role includes training on quality knowledge, identifying quality problems, and contributing to internal audits, CPK reporting, and automotive PPAP/APQP

Responsibilities

• Assist QA Assistant Manager in ensuring Incoming, First Piece, In-process and Final products meet specifications.
• Assist QA Assistant Manager in controlling further manufacturing of non-conforming product until the deficiency is corrected.
• Prepare monthly scrap report.
• Prepare ‘First Piece’ and ‘in-process’ buy-off inspection report.
• Conduct training on quality knowledge.
• Identify and record processing related quality problems; initiate, recommend or provide solutions.
• Be appointed as Internal Auditor.
• Prepare CPK report.
• Carry out process and product audits for automotive parts.
• Prepare PPAP documents for automotive parts.
• Prepare APQP for automotive parts.
• Involve, support, assist other aspects of project operation as necessary.
