Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a QA professional to assist the QA Assistant Manager in ensuring incoming, first piece, in-process and final products meet specifications.

You will prepare monthly scrap reports, write inspection reports for first piece and in-process, conduct quality training, identify quality problems and support audits including internal audits, CPk/PPAP/APQP documents for automotive parts, and assist other project operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the QA Assistant Manager in ensuring the Incoming, First Piece, In-process and Final product meets specifications.
• Assist in controlling further manufacturing of non-conforming product until the deficiency has been corrected.
• Prepare monthly scrap report.
• Prepare ‘First Piece’ and ‘in-process’ buy-off inspection report.
• Conduct training on quality knowledge.
• Identify and record processing related quality problem. Initiate, recommend or provide solutions to problems related to quality.
• To be appointed as Internal Auditor.
• To prepare CPK report.
• To carry out process and product audit for automotive parts.
• To prepare PPAP documents for automotive parts.
• To prepare APQP for automotive parts.
• Involve, support, assist other aspect of project operation as and when necessary.
