Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Python development experience emphasizing scripting and automation.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, system integration and ITSM platform interaction.
• Good knowledge of IT operations, monitoring principles and incident-management workflows.
• Ability to write robust code with proper error handling.
• Mandarin fluency for Chinese-speaking environments.
• Familiar with IT monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus, Datadog.
• Experience with Git version-control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic Linux system administration and networking knowledge.
• Experience with UiPath or other RPA tools highly preferred.
• Familiar with AI tools and AI Agent concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python-based scripts and automation to streamline IT workflows.
• Implement RESTful API development and system integration with ITSM platforms.
• Participate in IT operation activities including system monitoring and incident management.
• Deliver stable code with comprehensive error handling.
• Use monitoring tools, Git and CI/CD to support project delivery.
