Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, IT, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong ownership of tickets, queue health, and SLAs with a systematic troubleshooting approach.
• Solid Python fundamentals for automation scripts and agent tooling.
• Ability to read and understand Java code flow and error stack traces for in-house systems.
• Relational database querying (SQL) understanding.
• Clear communication to provide incident updates to stakeholders and collaborate with senior engineers.
• Experience building AI agents, LLM integrations, or automated diagnostic tools preferred.
• Experience with Python web frameworks (FastAPI/Flask) or data analysis libraries (Pandas) preferred.
• Basic ERP/finance workflow knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily incident queue, investigate system errors, and resolve blockers within SLAs to keep global operations running.
• Trace data mismatches, posting failures, and transaction flows across SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) and SD/PP modules to pinpoint root causes.
• Read and analyze error logs, stack traces, and code paths across internal Java platforms to isolate defects.
• Translate incident scenarios into tools and workflows for internal AI agents to accelerate resolution.
