Job summary

IBroad Solutions is seeking a Senior Engineer – IAM Automation to design, develop, and operate IAM applications and automation platforms in a Kuala Lumpur setting.

You will build and maintain automation scripts using Java, Python, PowerShell, and Shell scripting, and integrate REST services, databases, and enterprise apps. The role emphasizes lifecycle provisioning, governance, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of strong software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Python, PowerShell, and Shell scripting.
• Strong programming, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, web services, and system integrations.
• Good understanding of SQL and databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support IAM applications, integrations, and automation solutions.
• Build automation scripts and tools using Java, Python, PowerShell, and Shell scripting.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs, web services, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Work on user lifecycle, access provisioning/de-provisioning, role management, access reviews, and related IAM processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
• Automate manual processes and develop reusable tools/components.
• Collaborate with IAM, security, infrastructure, application, and operations teams.
• Prepare technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.
