Job summary

INTELLIGENT NETWORK TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. is seeking a competent Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and support procurement activities with telecom operators and suppliers.

The role requires good communication, Chinese language skills, and a Diploma or higher with 1+ year experience. Proficiency in MS Office and attention to detail are essential; fresh graduates are welcome.

Job description

Warehouse Management: Manage warehouse inventory, goods storage, stock records, and related warehouse operations.

Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics for equipment and bulk shipments, handle import and export arrangements, and track orders and deliveries.

Procurement Management: Communicate and coordinate with telecom operators and equipment suppliers on daily business matters, including purchasing telecom services and equipment, price negotiation, delivery arrangements, and settlement.

Job Requirements

Good communication and coordination skills.

Fluent Chinese speaking and listening skills are required. Must be able to communicate fluently in Chinese during meetings and business discussions.

Diploma or above, with at least one year of work experience. Outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome. Experience in warehousing, logistics, or procurement is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Detail-oriented, well-organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently with strong execution skills.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: RM 3,000–RM 4,000, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Lunch break: 12:00 PM–1:00 PM.
