Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented logistics and purchasing support professional in Selangor. You will prepare POs, manage shipments, coordinate warehouse unloading, and update product master data while liaising with suppliers and internal teams.

The role welcomes fresh graduates with basic Excel skills and strong coordination abilities, working five days a week in a busy operational environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Diploma in related fields preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcomed.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain purchase orders, receiving documents, delivery records and shipment files.
• Coordinate container arrivals, deliveries and unloading arrangements with warehouse teams.
• Monitor shipment status and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Update product master data, including product details, pricing and specifications.
• Support new product setup and system updates.
• Assist with missing items, damaged goods, delivery discrepancies and disposal arrangements.
• Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, outlets and internal departments on daily operational matters.
• Maintain proper filing and prepare basic Excel reports and tracking records.
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate superior.
