Job description

We are seeking a driven and detail‑oriented Purchasing Executive to join our professional team at Nine Hundred Builders Sdn Bhd in our Seri Kembangan, Selangor office. In this full‑time position, you will play a crucial role in managing the procurement and inventory processes that support our construction and sales activities.

What you’ll be doing

Collaborate with project management teams to sourcing and procure the materials, equipment and services required for our ongoing projects

Manage supplier relationships, negotiating favourable terms and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

Monitor and maintain inventory levels, proactively placing orders to meet production demands.

Prepare purchase orders, manage order fulfilment and maintain accurate purchasing records.

Assist with stock‑taking and provide recommendations to optimise inventory management.

Searching, Negotiate and Recommedation for China Suppliers superceed local suppliers.

What we’re looking for

Relevant degree or diploma in a field such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Procurement.

2‑3 years’ experience in a purchasing or procurement role, ideally in the or construction industry/equipments.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships.

Excellent problem‑solving, prioritisation and time‑management abilities

Proficient in using procurement and inventory management software

Strong in Website/Global Internet for construction materials/equipments searching and recommedation.
