BCN Precision Technology Sdn. Bhd. in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia, seeks a Purchasing Clerk/Buyer (Mandarin Speaker) to manage sourcing, purchasing and inventory. This full-time role includes creating PO's, supplier negotiations and ensuring timely material supply.

The ideal candidate has diploma or equivalent in business or supply chain, with junior or senior exposure, and strong MS Office skills. Working hours are 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, five days a week.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Supply Chain, or related.
• Some purchasing exposure for junior roles or 5+ years for senior roles.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to work independently and proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Source, compare and negotiate with suppliers.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Maintain purchasing records and inventory documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely material supply.
