Job summary

Bacteria Free Water Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a warehouse assistant to support picking/packing activities and data entry for stock records in Subang Jaya. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work with MS Office tools. Training and incentives are part of the package.

You will ensure accurate labeling, stock replenishment, and smooth collaboration with other departments to maintain efficient operations. A valid forklift operation capability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM.
• Languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Minimum 1 year warehousing experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office / MS Excel is an advantage.
• Possess a valid driving license and know how to drive forklift.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring picking and packing for orders.
• Data entry for warehouse stocks.
• Label and pack dispensers and filters correctly.
• Replenish stock and ensure availability for use and delivery.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of warehouse environment.
• Fill invoices and delivery orders to Master File.
• Work closely with other departments for smooth operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job description

Assist in monitoring picking & packing process for orders.

Data entry for warehouse stocks.

Ensure all elements and points of use dispensers, filters are labelled and packed correctly.

Replenish stock accordingly, ensuring sufficient stock is available for use and delivery.

Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of warehouse environment.

Filling of Invoices and Delivery Order (Manual and System Generated) to Master File.

Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth flow of operations.

Any other job responsibilities assigned by the management as and when required.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SPM.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.

Minimum 1 year(s) in warehousing experiences.

Knowledge of MS office / MS Excel is an advantage.

Possess a valid driving license and know how to drive forklift.Good working attitude, responsible.
