Job summary

ATS Air Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a procurement-focused staff member to handle requisitions, quotations, purchase orders and invoicing. The role involves coordinating with suppliers for sourcing, price negotiation and delivery, and maintaining supplier databases and stock control records.

The successful candidate will be proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, with at least 2 years of experience, a strong work ethic, and responsibility.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good working attitude and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Handle purchasing requisitions, quotations, POs and invoicing.
• Coordinate with suppliers on sourcing, price negotiation and delivery.
• Update information on material suppliers.
• Enter stock data into stock control systems on delivery orders.
• Attach invoices to DOs and POs for the accounts department.
• Maintain supplier database and purchasing records.
• Monitor stock levels and prepare inventory reports.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required by management.

Job Description

• Responsible on purchasing requisitions, quotation enquiries, issuance of purchase order and invoicing.
• Coordinate with suppliers on sourcing materials, price negotiation and delivery status.
• To gather & update information on materials suppliers
• To key into Stock Control Systems for materials received base on delivery orders.
• To attach all invoices with the delivery orders & purchase orders before passing them to the accounts department
• Maintain supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
• Monitoring stock and prepare inventory reports
• To perform any other tasks as and when required by Management from time to time

Requirements

At least 2 years (s) of working experience

Able to speak and write in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Good working attitude, responsible.
