Job summary

Swarovski is seeking a PTP Accountant in Bandar Bayan Baru, Malaysia, to manage accounts payable activities within a diverse, global brand. You will process invoices, handle accruals and reimbursements, and support vendor-related data accuracy while communicating clearly with partners.

The role requires at least 2 years’ AP experience, strong numeric and Excel skills, and fluency in English. The company offers hybrid work and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or similar roles.
• Strong communication skills with ability to adapt to different audiences.
• Accurate data entry with good numerical proficiency and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase invoices and ensure timely payment to creditors.
• Process and report tax data, accruals and reversals.
• Handle and process expense reimbursements per policy.
