Job summary

Swarovski invites a Senior SAP FICO Consultant to lead the design, implementation and optimization of SAP FI/CO on S/4HANA, partnering with Finance, IT and business leaders to deliver scalable, robust solutions.

You will mentor junior teammates, drive global SAP projects, resolve complex issues, and ensure stable operations while supporting a hybrid work model in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent higher education, preferably in finance, business, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 8-12 years of SAP FI/CO experience, preferably in multinational/global environments
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and financial processes
• Proven experience in leading implementations and complex projects
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
• Advanced analytical thinking with a strategic, solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
