Job summary

A leading automotive company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a candidate for handling vehicle sales documentation, assisting the sales team with loan applications, and performing various administrative duties. The ideal candidate should possess at least a Diploma or SPM qualification, has good communication skills, and is self-motivated. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided. Responsibilities

  • Handle all documentations relating to Vehicle Sales.
  • Responsible for registration of new Vehicle Sales Orders and issuance of receipts.
  • Assist sales team with loan applications and liaising with banks.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, and scanning.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Handle all documentations relating to Vehicle Sales.
  • Responsible for registration of new Vehicle Sales Order, issue receipt, new vehicle insurance issuance etc.
  • To ensure that all the procedure of payment is follow accordingly.
  • Assist sales team for submit loan application at bank and to liaise with Bank / Finance Co. officer regarding loan application, loan process and loan disbursement matters.
  • Assist renewal insurance notice, prepare renewal of Vehicle Insurance and road tax.
  • Assist in office management and organization procedures.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
Requirements and Skills
  • Possess minimum Diploma or SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • No Working experience required and training will be provided.
  • Working experience in Automotive industry will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Ms Word, Excel & Social Media.
  • Team player with good communication skill among colleagues and Sales Advisors.
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision to meet tight deadline.
