Job summary

Able Agility Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to manage accident repair estimations and insurance coordination within our Body & Paint team in Malaysia. The role focuses on delivering a smooth and professional customer experience.

You will appraise vehicle damage, prepare quotes, negotiate with insurers, inspect finished vehicles, and ensure timely invoicing and updates for customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in any field.
• Relevant working experience in the automotive industry is required, preferably in Body & Paint or insurance claims.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess a valid Class D driving license.
• Computer literate, including basic systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the reception process complies with Proton e.MAS standard guidelines.
• Initiate and update customer and claim files accurately and in a timely manner.
• Appraise vehicle damage and prepare repair cost estimations.
• Conduct negotiations with insurance companies to facilitate claim approvals.
• Inspect completed vehicles before delivery to ensure repair quality meets standards.
• Prepare and submit invoices to insurance companies promptly.
• Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and provide regular updates to customers.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time.
