Job summary

Tenaga Setia Resources Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Estimator to manage accident repair estimations and insurance coordination, delivering a smooth, professional experience for customers.

The role requires attention to detail and strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with a focus on coordinating claims and ensuring HMSB compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma in any field.
• Experience in automotive industry, preferably body & paint or insurance claims.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Valid Class D driving license.
• Able to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the reception process complies with Honda Malaysia (HMSB) standard guidelines.
• Initiate and update customer and claim files accurately and in a timely manner.
• Appraise vehicle damage and prepare repair cost estimations.
• Conduct negotiations with insurance companies to facilitate claim approvals.
• Inspect completed vehicles before delivery to ensure repair quality meets standards.
• Prepare and submit invoices to insurance companies promptly.
• Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and provide regular updates to customers.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Estimator to manage accident repair estimations and insurance coordination while delivering a smooth and professional experience for our customers.
