Job summary

Tenaga Setia Resources in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Automotive Technician to perform repairs, diagnose faults, and troubleshoot using known methods at reception time. You will assist in technical tasks, workshop housekeeping and safety, and complete PDI checks for new vehicles before delivery.

Requires SKM in Automotive/Mechanical/Electromechanical or equivalent, basic computer skills, a valid D class driving license, and ability to work under minimal supervision and pressure; EV/Hybrid

Qualifications

• Minimum SKM certificate Automotive/Mechanical/Electromechanical or equivalent
• Must possess basic computer skills and a valid D class driving license
• Able to work under minimum supervision and under pressure
• Experience: Automotive Technician 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for conducting repairs, diagnosis and troubleshooting work with known repair methods at reception time.
• Assist in technical, workshop housekeeping and safety on daily operation.
• Perform overall PDI checking for all new vehicles at DLR and ensuring overall new car quality prior to delivery to Sales Advisor
• Ensuring the work area/bay is always clean and all jobs are properly carried out and completed on time.
