Job summary

Bermaz Auto is seeking a Body & Paint Executive in Malaysia to oversee inspection, estimation, repair coordination and quality control of vehicle body and paint work to ensure repairs meet SOP and customer satisfaction.

You will entertain walk-in customers and insurance enquiries, verify documents, prepare evaluation reports, submit via Merimen, and follow up on approvals and invoices, while updating customers on progress and delivering the finished car.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Automotive field required.
• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Professional cert in SKM or Diploma in Automotive.

Responsibilities

• Entertain walk-in customers and incoming enquiries for insurance claim process.
• Verify insurance claim documents provided by customers.
• Prepare evaluation reports with required parts and submit via Merimen system.
• Follow up on claim approval from insurance company.
• Arrange parts ordering and repair process after insurance approval.
• Update customer on car status periodically.
• Deliver completed repaired car to customer and capture after-repair photos.
• Follow up on supplier invoices and close jobs (invoices).
• Monitor long-pending jobs based on WIP reports.

A Body & Paint Executive overseas the inspection, estimation, repair coordination and quality control of the vehicle body & paint work to ensure repairs meet company SOP and maintaining customer satisfaction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To entertain walk-in customer & incoming enquiry calls for insurance claim process & procedure.
• To verify insurance claim documents available from customer.
• To prepare evaluation report complete with parts required & submit via Merimen system.
• To follow up claim approval from insurance company.
• To proceed with parts ordering & repairing process once insurance approved.
• To update car status to customer from time- to- time.
• To release the complete repaired car to customer and take after repair photos for prove of repaired.
• To follow up invoice from supplier & close job (invoice)
• To follow up pending parts for accident repair works.
• To monitor long pending job base on work in progress (WIP) report.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Automotive line
• At least 3 years working experience in the related field.
• Candidate must be possessed at least professional cert in SKM/ Diploma in Automotive
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
