Protege Trainee - Technical Engineer (Civil & Structural)

Assist the Technical team in Civil & Structural (C&S) drawing control, including tracking drawings, revisions and submissions. Monitor the status of structural and civil drawings to ensure timely submission, review and approval.

Coordinate and follow up with C&S consultants on drawings, technical submissions, comments and outstanding matters.

Maintain updated drawing registers, document records and revision status.

Coordinate and follow up with C&S consultants on drawings, technical submissions, comments and outstanding matters.

Monitor the status of structural and civil drawings to ensure timely submission, review and approval

Assist in coordinating technical queries, site issues and design clarifications with consultants and project teams

Follow up on consultants' responses and ensure outstanding technical matters are properly tracked and closed

Assist in reviewing drawings and documents for completeness, consistency and proper revision control

Support site/project teams in resolving C&S-related technical matters

Prepare simple progress updates, reports and correspondence for the Technical team

Perform other duties related to C&S coordination and project development as assigned

About you

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or Construction-related discipline

Basic understanding of Civil & Structural drawings and construction processes

Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage

Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills

Organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with a willingness to learn

Able to work with consultants, contractors and internal project teams
