Lucky Best Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking a junior civil/structural engineer in Kuching, Malaysia. Degree or Diploma holders are welcome as fresh graduates. You will assist in planning, scheduling and coordinating construction activities on-site, ensuring work aligns with drawings and standards.
Strong analytical, communication and time-management skills are essential. You may travel to project sites and attend meetings, with opportunities to grow in a team-focused environment.

Willing to respond to work-related matters outside normal working hours when necessary.
Assist the Project Engineer in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities.
Monitor daily site activities to ensure work progresses according to the project schedule.
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and relevant government departments.
Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
Prepare, review, and assist in the submission of tender documents.
Assist with cost estimation, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and technical documentation for tender submissions.
Conduct site inspections and report on project progress, issues, and delays.
Assist in identifying and resolving technical, site, and regulatory issues.
Maintain proper project documentation, including daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, project records, and tender documents.
Attend site and project meetings and liaise with relevant stakeholders.
Travel to project sites as required.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time.will be an advantage.
