Eligible candidates are degree holders with CGPA 3.0+, aged 27 or younger, currently unemployed and within 2 years of graduation. The programme represents a pathway to practical skills and real work experience across the division.

Sime Darby Industrial's Professional Training and Education for Growth Entrepreneurs (PROTÉGÉ) is an 8-month programme for Malaysian graduates that blends intensive soft skills classroom training and on-the-job training opportunities, offering practical skills and real-life working experience to build a strong foundation to their career.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with a CGPA of 3.0 (or equivalent) and above,
• Malaysian aged 27 years and below,
• Currently unemployed and less than 2 years from graduation
• Fields of study in the following (examples but not limited to):-
• Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Business Administration
• Procurement/ Supply Chain
• Finance/ Accounting
• Occupational Safety and Health

Only shortlisted candidates will be notified for further selection process.
