Job summary

Sime Darby Rent-A-Car in Malaysia is seeking an HSE professional to assist and support branches in developing and maintaining health, safety and environmental standards, manuals, policies and procedures. You will coordinate safety training, inspect facilities, monitor hazards with the HSE Committee, and help ensure compliance with local regulations while promoting sustainability.

Bachelor's degree in OSH or related field is required; strong MS Office skills and excellent communication are

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) principles, workplace safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist to monitor hazard, safety interaction, and incidents in the Noggin system
• Ensure a safe working environment for all employees, whilst complying with local legal requirements
• Carry out any other tasks related to safety and sustainability assigned by the superior

About you
