Jora Malaysia is seeking an HSE professional to assist in developing and maintaining health, safety and environmental standards, manuals, and procedures across branches.
The role includes coordinating training, ensuring regulatory compliance, inspecting facilities, monitoring hazards, and supporting continuous improvement in safety and sustainability.

Assist and support Branches to develop and maintain HSE standards, manuals, policies, procedures, operating instructions as well as guidelines
Assist to coordinate Safety and Sustainability related training/briefing
Assist to implement and coordinate awareness and practical training program to all employees on area pertaining to hazards and emergency with the Health, Safety and Environment Committee team
Assist inspecting facilities, worksites, equipment, safety devices to ensure compliance with the required workplace safety standards and regulations
Assist to monitor hazard, safety interaction, and incidents in the Noggin system
Ensure a safe working environment for all employees, whilst complying with local legal requirements
Carry out any other tasks related to safety and sustainability assigned by the superior
About you
Possess Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, Engineering, or a related field
Basic knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) principles, workplace safety regulations, and sustainability practices
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
Self-motivated, proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced operational environment
Strong commitment to workplace safety, sustainability and continuous improvement
