Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Malaysia SDN. BHD. invites fresh graduates to apply for the PROTEGE Program in Malaysia.

The program targets Malaysian fresh graduates and combines customer support duties with onboarding and process exposure in a government-aligned setting. The role expects a degree in Aviation Engineering, Business Management, Administration, or Customer Management with CGPA 3.0 or higher, and prioritizes candidates who are unemployed or under market-rate salaries.

Qualifications

• Degree holders with minimum CGPA of 3.0.
• Malaysian citizen, 30 years old and below at application.
• Unemployed after graduation or employed but salary not market-rate.

Responsibilities

• Support in Customer Support and Services in daily operations.
• Assist in preparing customer welcome kits.
• Assist data entry into the system for reporting purposes.
• Handle customer requests and capture up-to-date information from customers.
• Respond swiftly and proactively to customers.
• Document department paperwork.
• Correspond emails to stakeholders/customers under supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the team and reporting superior.

• Documenting any department related paperwork.
• Corresponding emails to stakeholders / customers under supervision.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the team and the reporting superior.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Mandatory Qualification: Degree in Aviation Engineering, Business Management, Administration, Customer Management Bachelor's Degree Holder with minimum CGPA of 3.0.
• Applicant must be unemployed after graduation or employed but salary is not par with the market rate.
• Malaysian citizen, 30 years old and below (at the point of application).
