Etiqa Insurance and Takaful is seeking a candidate to handle Takaful contract and certificate processing, liaison with intermediaries, and SLA-driven issuance. The role involves generating reports and ensuring timely, compliant administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage Takaful Contract & Certificate Processing: oversee administration and processing of Takaful contracts and certificates.
• Facilitate Intermediary Liaison: act as a key contact for internal and external intermediaries to monitor administrative procedures for Takaful certificates.
• Ensure Timely Issuance: guarantee certification checklists are completed within the SLA.
• Report Generation & Submission: compile and submit monthly reports for monitoring of Takaful certificate administration.
• Claims Monitoring: oversee documents and ensure claims are paid within the SLA or as agreed.
• Maintain Compliance: ensure adherence to internal/external guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Provide Project Support: assist Account Managers, Team Leaders, and Unit Heads with tasks, projects or events.
