Job summary

Etiqa Insurance and Takaful invites new graduates to join the Protégé Programme in the Claims department, offering exposure to end-to-end Life and Family Claims management and hands-on processing and assessment activities.

You will assist in documentation review, stakeholder coordination, and preparing operational reports, building a foundation in claims operations and service standards.
