Job summary

Ramboll Buildings Malaysia is seeking a Graphics & Creative Content Specialist to join the team. You will produce high-quality graphics for proposals and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with Ramboll’s brand across all deliverables.

You will collaborate with Bid Managers and sales leads across regions, transforming complex ideas into clear visual communications for high-rise and complex building projects.

Qualifications

• Engineering/Architecture related degree or training & experience.
• Product/Graphic Design related degree or training & experience.
• Broad architectural/construction/buildings background (High level).
• A diploma or certification in Creative Media, Animation, UI/UX, or Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in graphics/illustration production, in proposal and marketing material, preferably within an AEC environment.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of software like Revit; publication design best practices.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Bid Manager throughout the full proposal lifecycle by coordinating, managing, and producing high-quality graphics content and documentation.
• Ensures all proposal materials are tailored to client expectations and fully compliant with tender instructions and guidelines.
• Produces visually compelling documents and presentation graphics using approved software tools.
• Contributes to pursuit-stage activities and early bid preparation.
• Collaborates with the Global Brand team to adhere to Ramboll’s Brand standards.
• Participates in regular status meetings to monitor progress and ensure compliant bid submissions.
