Job summary

Ramboll Group A/S in Penang seeks a Structural Engineer for high-rise and complex buildings. You will deliver structural design, calculations, drawings and reports across a portfolio, managing your workload and coordinating with directors, disciplines and clients to realise ambitious structures.

You will lead design through concept to construction, ensuring quality and compliance with Ramboll’s standards. A consultancy background and strong software skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in structural design.
• Experience in a consultancy firm is preferred.
• Good knowledge of structural modelling software including ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE and Revit.

Responsibilities

• Produce structural engineering calculations, drawings, specifications and reports for high-rise and complex buildings.
• Manage own workload, delegate tasks, and liaise with project consultants and external bodies.
• Lead initial design concepts through to detailed design with quality assurance.
• Prepare and organise project submissions and related documentation.
