Job summary

Ramboll is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to design electrical and ELV systems for diverse building projects in Malaysia and Singapore. You will work with Architects and structural consultants through all stages—from concept to tender design—and collaborate with Ramboll’s global High-Rise team.

Qualifications

• BE Electrical with 6–10 years of experience, including 5 years in Singapore/Malaysia projects.
• Experience in building services design for high-rise, commercial, or residential sectors.
• Proficiency in LV, MV systems, lighting, and FA/FLS design.
• Familiarity with local statutory approvals and BIM/digitalisation basics.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver electrical and ELV systems for building projects.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers for design and drafting.
• Prepare load estimations and assist senior engineers on concept design.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures and health and safety alignment.
• Mentor junior engineers and review designs.
