Job summary

Ramboll Buildings Malaysia is seeking an experienced Graphics & Creative Content Specialist to support bids and marketing materials with high-quality visuals. You will work with Bid Managers and sales leads across regions to produce graphics and document design that align with Ramboll’s brand and communicate the value of our proposals.

The role focuses on illustrations, infographics, layouts, and presentation graphics to clearly convey complex ideas and Ramboll’s propositions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in graphics/illustration production for proposals and marketing materials.
• Experience applying Ramboll brand guidelines to visuals and layouts.
• Publication design experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage, and produce high-quality graphics and documentation for bids and marketing materials.
• Ensure materials meet tender instructions and brand standards.
• Create custom illustrations, diagrams, and layouts to support bid messaging.
• Collaborate with Brand team to stay updated on templates and identity.
