Job summary

Ramboll Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design for high-rise and complex buildings. You will design and specify electrical systems, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and support tender and site activities.

You hold a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with BEM registration and have at least 2 years of building design experience, preferably in high-rise projects. A proactive, collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and BEM registration.
• At least 2 years of building design experience in a multidisciplinary or M&E consultancy.
• Familiarity with Malaysian building legislation, standards, and authority submission processes.
• Experience in high-rise and complex buildings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and specify electrical systems for buildings, including 33kV/11kV MV and 400V LV.
• Prepare design calculations, drawings and submissions for authorities.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and external consultants to detail project design requirements.
• Support tender, contract administration and site activities.
