You will review enquiry details, perform cost analyses, and develop costed solutions using standard templates and technical specifications. You will act as the internal contact point during enquiry and bidding processes, ensuring accurate, timely submissions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals for bespoke products following organizational direction.
• Support sales by responding promptly to client questions and requests.
• Review enquiries and convert them into costed workable solutions for proposals.
• Submit detailed responses to enquiry documentation and clarify follow-ups.
• Act as internal contact point for clients during enquiry and bidding.
• Prepare cost analyses using available information and related documents.
• Evaluate cost-benefit to propose equipment, processes, or material changes.
• Prioritize work to meet submission timelines.
