Job summary

Dynaciate Engineering in Malaysia is seeking a Tendering Engineer to manage the full tender lifecycle, reviewing RFQs and tender documents to ensure alignment with project scope and deadlines.

You will calculate material, labor, and engineering hours to build competitive pricing, coordinate with internal teams for inputs, source vendors for best pricing, and handle post-submission queries and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering or related technical field.
• 2–5 years of tendering, contract documentation, or cost estimation experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

• Read RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents to check project scope, rules, and deadlines
• Calculate costs for materials, labor, and engineering hours to build pricing schedules
• Collect technical and commercial inputs from internal teams like engineering, planning, QA/QC, and HSE
• Contact external suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing
• Prepare and submit final tender packages on time and in the required format
• Address client queries, tender clarifications, and support final contract negotiations
