• Attend and follow up on customer inquiries, feedback, and correspondence.
• Build and expand customer database; prepare client visit reports.
• Perform costing functions on products, development costs and related processes.
• Review cost breakdowns for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals and timely product delivery.
• Liaise with customers to gather market information and develop strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments and attend cross-functional meetings.
