Job summary

Eastern & Oriental Berhad is seeking a Sales Administrator based in Penang, Malaysia. You will manage end-to-end sales administration for our property development projects, ensuring precise documentation, compliance, and timely execution while supporting the Sales & Marketing team.

The role requires Mandarin proficiency and at least 6 years of property sales administration experience, with strong attention to detail and a proactive, independent work style.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 6 years relevant experience in property sales administration.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Detail-oriented with strong ownership and execution.
• Highly proactive and resourceful with the ability to operate independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with IFCA system is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end sales administration from initial booking to finalization of sales agreements.
• Liaise with solicitors, financial institutions and authorities for smooth property sales processing.
• Monitor and analyze sales reports, including pipeline, closures and revenue forecasts.
• Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate with Finance and Legal teams on progress payments, invoicing, reconciliations, and related documents.
• Ensure all sales transactions comply with policies and legal/regulatory requirements with accurate records.
• Collaborate with Sales Team to execute strategies and manage documentation for launches, events, and exhibitions.
• Train and mentor the sales administration team to foster continuous improvement and high performance.
