Job summary

BBGM Wangsa Development Sdn Bhd is seeking a Property Sales Administration Executive in Kota Bharu, Malaysia. The role involves close liaison with government agencies, sales agents, bankers and purchasers on loan documentation, and ensuring smooth processing of contracts and payments.

Qualifications include a diploma in Business Admin, Marketing, Property Management, Real Estate or related field (SPM with relevant experience considered).

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Property Management, Real Estate or related field; SPM with relevant experience accepted.
• 1-3 years of experience in property sales administration.
• Malaysian nationality is preferred.
• Own transport is not required.

Responsibilities

• Close liaison with government agencies, sales agents, bankers, solicitors, and purchasers on loan documentation.
• Follow up closely with potential buyers, payment collection, contract signing, closing sales, handling sales of property, compile customer document apply loan.
• Follow up with collections of all receivables: progress billing, interest and other outgoing payments.
• Prepare report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
• Maintain a good filing record system of purchasers file and update into system.
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties, assignments and other activities assigned by the management.
