• Identify and research potential customers in the property rental and accommodation industry.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, events and digital channels.
• Conduct cold calls, WhatsApp outreach, email outreach and other appropriate business development activities.
• Identify key decision makers and understand their business structure and purchasing process.
• Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline information in the CRM/system.
• Engage with prospects to understand their current business processes, challenges and requirements.
• Present EasyRenz as a solution to their operational problems rather than simply selling software features.
• Conduct online or physical product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations and proposals based on customer requirements.
• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Negotiate with customers and work towards successful deal closure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
