Job summary

GD Group is seeking a Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager to lead branding, digital marketing, project launches, and lead generation for our property developments. You will work closely with Sales, Development, and Management teams to drive growth and revenue.

You will manage campaigns across digital and traditional channels, develop marketing materials, and monitor performance to continuously improve effectiveness in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience for Manager level, or 3–5 years for Assistant Manager level.
• Experience in property development, real estate, or related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for residential and commercial property developments.
• Strengthen project positioning, branding direction and marketing communications.
• Plan and manage advertising campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and on-ground platforms.
• Lead project launches, events, roadshows, and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee the creation of brochures, digital content, signage, and sales gallery materials.
• Collaborate with Sales, Development, Project, and Management teams to meet revenue goals.
• Monitor ROI, campaign performance, and lead quality; adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with market regulations and company policies.
