Job summary

PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an organized Property Coordinator to manage leasing, tenancy documents, and rental collections. You will handle tenant inquiries, coordinate move-ins and inspections, and assist with marketing of properties.

Your role includes coordinating maintenance with vendors, maintaining records, and supporting internal teams. Mandarin proficiency is a plus, with opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in property management, administration, or related roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing, tenancy agreements, and rental collections.
• Handle tenant inquiries, renewals, and arrears.
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and property inspections.
• Assist in marketing and promotion of properties.
• Coordinate maintenance with contractors and service providers.
• Prepare property records, reports, and contracts.
• Act as a liaison for tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Escalate and resolve property-related issues promptly.
• Support HR or management with coordination tasks.
