PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an organized Property Coordinator to manage leasing, tenancy documents, and rental collections. You will handle tenant inquiries, coordinate move-ins and inspections, and assist with marketing of properties.
Your role includes coordinating maintenance with vendors, maintaining records, and supporting internal teams. Mandarin proficiency is a plus, with opportunities for training and career growth.
Manage leasing, tenancy agreements, and rental collections.
Handle tenant inquiries, follow-up on renewals, and arrears.
Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and property inspections.
Assist in marketing and promotion of properties.
B. Maintenance & Facilities Coordination
Liaise with contractors and service providers for building maintenance and repairs.
Monitor quality, cost, and timeliness of maintenance works.
Ensure compliance with building by-laws, safety regulations, and operational standards.
C. Administration & Documentation
Prepare and maintain property records, reports, correspondence, and contracts.
Organize meetings, appointments, and staff schedules.
Support administrative tasks including office operations, filing, and documentation control.
D. Stakeholder Communication
Act as a point of contact for tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
Escalate and resolve property-related issues promptly.
Support HR or management with coordination tasks when required.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in property management, administration, or related roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
Organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask and work under pressure.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
