Job summary

MYM Property Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive student for day-to-day property management support in Petaling Jaya. You will assist with tenancy matters, lease documentation and renewals, and coordinate tenant maintenance requests to help keep properties running smoothly.

The role is ideal for someone currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Property Management or related fields, with good communication skills and basic Microsoft Office knowledge.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Real Estate or related fields.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, responsible and willing to learn.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day property management and administrative tasks, including managing tenancy matters, lease documentation and renewals, and coordinating tenant maintenance requests and complaints.
• Assist in managing tenancy matters, including lease documentation and renewals.

• Assist with monthly routine property inspections and maintenance checks.
• Liaise with tenants, contractors and service providers on maintenance matters.
